Are you looking for a unique opportunity? I am offering free rent in exchange for housekeeping and personal services tailored to support a retired Vietnam veteran dealing with diabetes and COPD. While I am still quite capable and independent, I find that I need assistance with daily tasks as time goes on.
This is a live-in position where you won’t incur any living expenses. In fact, you will receive a monthly allowance for your personal use. I am looking for someone who can help with cleaning, cooking, and other daily activities. Age is not a barrier, and you are welcome to bring one child along.
Please note that I do not cover any upfront or online expenses for your arrival. If transportation is an issue, I may be able to arrange a pickup. Let me know your location if this applies to you.
As an added incentive, I am considering a 'Faithful Service' Bonus for the right candidate. If we work well together for a year, there may be a significant bonus available upon my passing.
